I had been dieting all my life but found in my 50s I piled on 3 stone and nothing seemed to work any more. I started a couple of Clubbercise classes which I really loved and got me moving again, one being with Maximize Fitness.

I soon learnt that Michelle’s classes were not only fun, with no judgement, but were well thought out, every move for a reason and she really understood how the body works and what moves worked.

I was becoming frustrated with diet classes and programmes that were expensive and weren’t working! Then I learnt that Michelle was testing many programmes to see which worked. She found one that she was confident to recommend and I decided I had nothing to lose, except unwanted weight!

It was not a ‘one size fits all’ diet but a personalised, tailor made programme that took into account my body and mindset needs. I have learnt and finally realised there is no quick fix, diets don’t work, it’s understanding that a healthy eating regime and targeted exercise is what works!! I am not on a diet, but with Michelle’s daily guidance and support I enjoy eating healthily and am now 4 stone lighter and more inches smaller that I’d like to admit!

Finally seeing results!

My body is finally working properly, the unhealthy visceral fats have gone and I feel so much happier, healthier and confident!! I am so much stronger, fitter and healthier! I have days and weekends when I eat whatever I want but now have the tools and guidance to work around it. I love my food, love my exercise and love my new body!!
