Wow how quick did that go!!

The first full 8-week plan was fantastic.

The results have been amazing, every person beginning their own journey.

With guidance, knowledge and support in nutrition and exercise, the group began to understand so much more how to achieve a good relationship with food and drink.
Covering many topics, from the importance of hydrating and fuelling your body in the morning to realising there are no quick fixes and the right amount to lose is 1-2lb a week, so the body can function better, thus understanding the difference between fat loss and weight loss.
Exercise equally being a role, giving guidance to the right type and amount of exercise (but not in excess) as it needs to fit into your lifestyle and not become a chore,

So, results – remember 1-2lb a week

15.5lb – 18.5 inch
13lb – 14 ½ inch

Maximize Nutritional Plan

Week 1, 4 & 8 – First time client lost 13lbs and 14.5 inches

These clients were on the same 8-week program but had been working with me previously testing my weight management program, had already lost weight and inches.

Then on this 8-week plan lost a further: –

9lb – 10 ½ inches
8.5lb – 8 ½ inches
8.25lb – 7 ¼ inches
8lb – 7 inches
7lb – 7 ¼ inches
7lb – 4 inches
5.75lb – 7 inches
5lb – 7 inches
5lb – 5 inches
3lb – 4 inches
3lb – 3 inches
2lb – 6 ¼ inches
2lb – 5 inches

The results were so mixed, look at the top group that hadn’t previously worked with me, top loss of 18lb and inch loss of 13 inches, look in the same group the lowest weight loss of 3lb, but look at the inch loss 15 INCHES, that’s more than the biggest loss, confirming the fact that it’s not just about what the scales say, it’s about fat loss, body shape and a healthier body on the inside too.

 

Having been attending Michelle’s exercise classes for a few years, I decided to try her 8 week weight loss programme. Michelle has a wealth of knowledge, and with her help I am amazed at my results. Having Michelle by my side has made such a difference, her guidance and encouragement has been outstanding and I can’t thank her enough.

Where do you go after 8 weeks?

Some of the clients previously working with me now have enough knowledge and understanding of foods to be able to continue the program on their own, they have booked A Fit 3D Body scan with me so during the scan appointment I can continue to support their journey with a different avenue, with the Fit 3d body scanner becoming a motivational health check with BMI, BMR, Body shaping, Body fat, Muscle mass, Posture/ Balance, body measurements, so that moving forward this can be monitored, allowing new goals to be set and managed. 

I started my programme with Michelle as I wanted to get into better shape. I gained so much knowledge about nutrition and the mistakes I was making before hand, thinking that I was eating healthy . she showed me what the body needs and I changed my mind set. You are never alone Michelle is there with all the advice you need, she give you recipes to help you out. Honestly I couldn’t recommend her enough. She is fantastic encouraging me every step of the way.

If you’re not ready to take the step, then there are a further 8 weeks available, I continue to update personal requirements, there’s new educational support and recipes, (nothing is duplicated) so we can continue to move in the right direction with nutrition and exercise.

There is a lot of work involved with the 8 week program, understanding client’s needs and covering topics that you see people struggling with each week is a key thing for me, I see the results happening first, I see the changes people are making to their lifestyles, there food choices, the changes in their bodies on the inside and out, people lowering their medication, coming off of medication, lowering their blood pressure, then when the client starts to see these results too, realising that they have come so far and yes they are looking after their health, it’s fantastic, it’s extremely rewarding.

Michelle is a great person and has supported me on a journey of fitness, food management and exercise. The strength she gives is phenomenal. I am fitter and healthier than I have ever been. Her knowledge and guidance is brilliant. I have signed for the next 8 weeks to continue the success I already have achieved with her support. Thanks Michelle xx

Having been doing exercise classes with Michelle & knowing how motivated she makes me feel, I decided on embarking on her weight management program. Being 58 overweight & worried about all the ailments that go with later life, this plan has taught me so much about eating 3 meals a day getting the right amount fats protein sugars etc which I hadn’t given a thought to before. Add all that to 3 varied exercise classes a week in 8 weeks I’ve lost 1 stone & 15 1/2 inches.
